Shipping policy

EU:

  • Jewelry: 4,50 EUR
  • Free shipping above 95 EUR

I send all EU orders via UPS/Fedex. All deliveries require a signature, so please make sure someone is at the address to sign for the package.

  • Rest of the world: 29 EUR
  • Free shipping above 200 EUR

I send all non EU orders by Fedex. This is priority handling in Germany and abroad. You will be supplied with a tracking code, which can be tracked online.

All duties and tariffs are already paid and included in the shipping cost.

Pick up at the workshop is also available:

Gift Cards are sent digitally via e-mail.


Delivery Times

All items are lovingly handmade to order in my workshop in Stuttgart. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to be ready. Bespoke orders may take longer. If you need to receive an item sooner or on a certain date, please contact me.

I shall send you an email to notify you that your item(s) has been dispatched. Once you have received this email your item(s) will be delivered within:

  • Germany: 1-3 working days
  • EU: 3 – 5 working days
  • Non EU: 5 – 20 working days

Please note, that Anzu Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the goods have been dispatched and are in possession of the postal service.
