Refund policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your piece(s) from anzu. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase I'm happy to exchange or refund your order. 

If you wish to return a piece(s) for exchange, refund, or adjustment, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your order to discuss your options.

Items are returned to me at your own risk and I recommend using a traceable shipping or postal service. You may wish to insure your parcel against loss or damage. Orders should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Postage costs including any customs duties/taxes of sending any product back to us falls with the customer.

Please note: I do not refund any tax and duties payable outside of the EU. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please note: "Create your own" items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty. As such, I cannot accept any returns, unless an item has arrived to you faulty, or I have made a mistake with your order. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Gift Vouchers and all digital products are non-returnable.
