Shipping policy

EU:

  • Jewelry: 4,50 EUR
  • Free shipping above 95 EUR

I send all EU orders via DPD / Deutsche Post. All deliveries require a signature, so please make sure someone is at the address to sign for the package.

  • Rest of the world: 29 EUR
  • Free shipping above 300 EUR

I send all non EU orders by DHL/Fedex. This is priority handling in Germany and abroad. You will be supplied with a tracking code, which can be tracked online.

Please note that some international orders can incur import, customs, and brokerage fees. We are unable to mark any order shipment as gifts or samples.

Pick up at the workshop is also available:

Delivery Times

All items are lovingly handmade to order in my workshop in Stuttgart. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to be ready. Bespoke orders may take longer. If you need to receive an item sooner or on a certain date, please contact me.

I shall send you an email to notify you that your item(s) has been dispatched. Once you have received this email your item(s) will be delivered within:

  • Germany: 1-3 working days
  • EU: 3 – 5 working days
  • Non EU: 5 – 20 working days

Please note, that Anzu Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the goods have been dispatched and are in possession of the postal service.
